Adam Flanagan

Adam’s yoga journey began in 2011 when he attended a random class with a friend. He very quickly identified the benefits of yoga on and off his mat. He has studied with Sherry Zac and Coeli Marsh at Halifax Yoga in Vinyasa Power Flow, receiving his 200 RYT in January 2015.

With a continued spark for learning, Adam continued his yoga education and focused on the Yin and Restorative side of his practice and completed his 500 RYT through Satori Yoga studying with Stephanie Calhoun. This continued education brought a Yin and Yang balance to his practice and teaching.

Making yoga accessible to everyone in the community and creating a relaxed atmosphere is his “go to “ approach. Adam’s loving and entertaining personality will be sure to have you truly enjoying your yoga experience.
