Erika first began practicing at Moksha Yoga Halifax during her last year of university in 2008. She found that yoga was a perfect addition to help keep her life in balance. Through yoga, she was able to learn how to take time for herself, be in the moment and most importantly, breathe. She understands and appreciates that each practice is never the same and a different experience for everyone.
Once she completed university and her journey brought her to Fredericton, she tried out different studios and styles of yoga it was only when Moksha opened in Fredericton, that she knew it was a sign to step out of her comfort zone and try something new, like teacher training! Over the past two years, she has completed her Moksha Level 1, Moksha Flow and Yogassage training.
Erika brings the importance of focusing on your breathe, testing your edge and a relaxing and light attitude to every class and looks forward to meeting and sharing her energy with you.
