    An energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will define and chisel the whole body. You don’t even need any dance experience and you certainly don’t need a partner! Barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility to get your heart rate up while having a blast!

  • Hot Core Yoga

    A class designed to increase your core strength. Sequencing created by each individual teacher, this class blends energetic flows with fun core focused movements. The target is on strengthening and toning the core while moving with breath. Prepare to have fun and sweat!!

  • Hot Flow

    Ever changing sequencing, Hot Flow involves synchronizing the breath with a flowing progressive series of postures, which generates deep internal heat that detoxifies muscles and organs. This is an all-levels class, students will be taught many options for the various postures, encouraged to practice at a level comfortable for them, and, most importantly, have fun!

  • Yogassage

    Led by a yoga teacher and an RMT, Yogassage combines the benefits of long, passive yoga stretches with the deep tissue release of massage.     A challenging, healthy all-level hot yoga sequence (linked with breath).

  • Moksha Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Karma Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha/Modo class. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.

  • Community Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha class led by a teacher-in-training.
