Yin & Reiki Workshop
Join Alicia as she guides the perfect pairing of relaxation and rejuvenation before & after the holidays. Yin yoga postures and energy healing reiki combine to give you this sensational workshop.
Yin Yoga poses are held for 3-5 minutes working with the myofascial system of the body to help promote release and relaxation of tension, stress, and emotions.
Reiki helps facilitate these releases in a gentle and healing way. Allow Alicia to guide you while her and another Reiki practitioner will circulate the room to provide healing to everyone.
No experience in yoga or reiki necessary.
